Global Personal Media technology company, Tigerspike is in its sixth consecutive year in the coveted Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2012, achieving record long term growth over the past nine years.
Tigerspike’s group CEO Luke Janssen said: ““Nine years of record beating revenue growth is a real achievement for us, especially since eight years were with no equity or debt funding. We took $11m investment last year, most of which was spent on our Phoenix “Back end as a service” (BaaS) platform and SaaS enterprise mobile products.”
“This investment in our highly scalable platform and products will fuel our underlying recurring revenues and hopefully keep us in the Deloitte Fast 50 for many years to come. The immediate goal is to continue on the path of Atlassian; another great Australian company who surpassed 6 years on the list!”
Now in its twelfth year, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia 2012 program recognises and profiles Australia’s 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2010 to 2012).
As revenues grow, staying in the list becomes more and more difficult. Tigerspike was the highest ranked company in the list for 6 years running. Tigerspike also ranked higher than companies who had been in the list for 4 and 5 years. As one of only 2 companies in the list for the 6th year running Tigerspike is following in the footsteps of Atlassian.
Since its launch in 2003, Tigerspike has opened offices in Sydney, Melbourne, London, Dubai, New York, San Francisco and Singapore and has 180 staff across four continents. Tigerspike’s clients include American Express, Westfield, Standard Chartered, The Economist, News Corporation, Shell, Merck, Suncorp, Kaiser Permanente, Sears, Woolworths and Vodafone.
Tigerspike’s long term growth will be fuelled by last year’s investment, their proprietary Phoenix platform and SaaS products driving scale via its global footprint. Tigerspike’s customer base of over 500 tier 1 clients will enable the rapid deployment of Tigerspike’s new SaaS products across the world.
